Medical File Reviews

Medical File Reviews provide an expert opinion based on the available medical documentation.  

When appropriate, an assessment may be limited to a File Review.  In these cases, the assessor is typically charged with providing an expert medical opinion in respect of an isolated issue, such as causality, probability of outcome, or to provide direction on the file with respect to defining "the next step" in treatment or diagnosis.
